Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Beyond Reveal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

Beyond Reveal provides AI consulting, process automation, workflow design, system integration, and team training services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Engagement process

Our engagements typically follow this process:

• Initial consultation and discovery call at no charge
• Tailored proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing
• Signed statement of work before project commencement
• Regular progress updates and milestone reviews
• Final delivery with documentation and team training

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all custom solutions, automations, and deliverables created specifically for your engagement become your property. Beyond Reveal retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in delivering the services. We may use general knowledge and techniques gained during engagements for future work, but will never share your proprietary business information.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or trade secrets to any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Payment terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to pause work on any project with overdue payments until the balance is settled.

Client responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary systems, data, and personnel
• Designate a primary point of contact for the engagement
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure that any data provided complies with applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of liability

Beyond Reveal provides services on a best-efforts basis. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any delivered work product remains the client's property upon payment.

Website use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent

Governing law
